Treatments
Damaged, frizzy, dull or breaking hair does not all have the same cause, so it does not have the same remedy. Hair damaged by lightening needs rebuilding; hair that swells in humidity needs something else.
So we look first: we feel the hair wet, see how it responds, and then choose. Offering everyone the same treatment would be easier, but it would only work for some of them.
Some treatments give a result you see straight away and then maintain; others work over time and need repeating. We say which one it is beforehand, so you know what to expect.

Questions
What people ask
- Why is my hair damaged?
- The usual causes are repeated lightening, heat (very hot straighteners and dryers, used often and without protection), and friction. Often they add up. Working out which one weighs most tells us which treatment to use, and which habit to change.
- Do I need to book a separate consultation?
- No. We look at your hair at the start of the appointment and decide together. The consultation is free and it is not a separate visit.
- Can I have a treatment and colour in the same appointment?
- It depends on the condition of your hair — we look and decide together. Mention it when you book so we can keep the appointment long enough to do both if it makes sense.
- Can I explain what I want in English?
- Yes. Chelsea speaks English as a first language, which helps when you are describing what your hair does rather than what you want it to look like.
